Pom Pom Kit: Animal Dress-Up
This mess-free craft builds fine-motor skills through satisfying, sensory play. Pick the pom pom up with the popper and pop the pom pom onto the sticky parts of the card. This is the first product of a brand-new, highly-successful craft line.
I managed this product from initial ideation to final release. I worked closely with internal creative, marketing, and quality control teams, external industrial designers, and our overseas factory to develop this new product line.
I used on-site the laser-cutter and Cricut® machines to make functional prototypes of the cards. I advised on and tested initial popper prototypes.
